Hello Family!
You have found the family blog for this summer's sabbatical trip! Yay! I will be using this blog to keep everyone up to date as we progress through this amazing adventure. I'll probably do most of the writing, since I like to write. Mike will be supplying the pictures. I hope it will be fun for everyone.
For those of you who haven't used a blog before, here are a couple of things that will help you.
1. If you look at the right side of the blog, you will see a link to our full itinerary. Just click on the orange word, "Itinerary." Some of you have been asking for our itinerary. So... here it is! When you are done viewing it, you can either click on the "Home" link or just click the back button on your computer.
2. Below the itinerary link you will see a place where you can sign up to receive new posts directly to your email. Just type in your email address and click submit. Alternatively you can bookmark this site and just check back now and then for new posts.
3. The "Followers" box lets the rest of the family know you are reading this blog too.
Feel free to post comments at the bottom of the posts if you want to. It might actually be a fun way to be in touch together. I have a separate blog for the church. This blog is just for family!
